Every winter, thousands of emperor penguins set out on an incredible journey through the most desolate area on earth: Antarctica. Driven by their instincts, they leave the safe ocean and march for hundreds of kilometers across the ice of the South Pole. In the course of this expedition of several weeks in severe weather conditions they have one single purpose: the creation of new life.
A wonderful winter’s story about the exciting journey thousands of emperor penguins set out on every year in search of a nesting place. A story about love, courage and aventure in the most desolate area on earth: Antarctica.
