12-year-old Bazarbai, a nomad boy from West Mongolia, is destined to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an eagle hunter, a 4000-year-old tradition in nomad culture. Bazarbai clearly has completely different ideas on the subject and wants to go to the big city like his brother. He is feeling angry and runs away from home.
