It’s the last summer of adventure for two 12 year old boys, Eugen and Wrigley. When their mischievousness gets out of hand yet again, their annoyed parents threaten them with cancelling the boy scouts’ holiday camp. Wrigley’s parents even prepare him to pack off to boarding school. They decide to run away to Zurich, where they hope to find Fritzli Bühler. He is “The King of Rascals”, and the boys found his old treasure map on the attic of their apartment. They dream of joining Fritzli on his search for the treasure; their share will grant them independence from their parents.
