When Pippi's father comes to pick up his daughter, Tommie and Annika are so sad that Pippi decides to stay with her friends. Her father gives her one more bag of gold coins, so that she'll lack nothing. And of course, once more, Pippi invents the craziest things. Pippi, Tommie and Annika fix up an old boat and undergo the most exciting adventure on an island with wild animals. Together, they celebrate Pippi's birthday and near Christmas, Pippi even goes to school. There she raises such an uproar that the teacher is glad to see Pippi leaving again.
