Tibbe, a novice journalist, is about to get fired. Actually he is too shy to be a journalist, and the editor-in-chief decides to give him his last chance. Tibbe is looking for a story when he runs into Minoes. She tells Tibbe she used to be a cat. This appears to be true: she purrs and sleeps in a box next to the door and she can communicate with other cats.
