Lotte is a lively and joyful female puppy, living in a small seaside village. The inhabitants have an unusual hobby: they all like to invent. The annual invention competition is the most important day in their calendar.
Oscar, Lotte's father, has already won the competition a few times in a row, much to the annoyance of the rabbit Adalbert.
