2001 / activities

During the 13th edition of the European Youth Film Festival of Flanders, a lot of activities are being organised for children. Every day, after the screening of 14.00 hour, around 15.30 hour an amusing activity takes place. These activities will always have something to do with the medium of film or refer to a film shown at the festival.
When the first competition film is shown on February 17th, it will be preceded by a big party for little kids. The blue carpet will be rolled out when child actorsenter the theatre. The makers of 'Tobias Totz and Lion' will be present to explain the children how the animation film was made. Also Gino (Koen Van Impe) and Luigi (Marc Van Eeghem), the voices of the two criminals from the film, will be present.
The rest of the week, there will be a candy competition, there will be a Flamenco dancer just like in 'Circleen', we build a real dog hotel ad there will be henna tattoos for children.
